How can I tell if a stream is polluted?

A network of stream monitoring gauges continuously monitors the water quality of our local streams.  It's called the Continuous Monitoring and Alert Notification Network or CMANN.

Go to the CMANN website.

For more information on the CMANN system, contact Senior Environmental Specialist Olivia Hutchins at 704-336-4761 or Olivia.Hutchins@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov
