What happens if I do not pay my storm water fee?

- You risk having your water service turned off.
- Any payment made toward your Charlotte-Mecklenburg City/County Services bill (water bill) is first applied to the storm water fee, then to water and sewer charges.
- If you do not have municipal water and sewer service, you still must pay your storm water fee.
- Unpaid storm water accounts are turned over to a collection agency.
