CharMeck 311's Speakers Bureau is available for your next community event or neighborhood meeting.  The Speakers Bureau's mission is to educate citizens about the variety of non-emergency government services available through CharMeck 311, the City/County Customer Service Information Center.  By simply dialing 3-1-1 or 704-336-7600, citizens can receive information and assistance on a variety of topics ranging from property and vehicle tax bills, to code enforcement, water service, and recycling.  Services are also available 24 hours a day/7 days a week online at www.charmeck.org/services or with the "MyCharlotte" mobile application for smartphones.
