How to Become a DSS Service Provider In addition to posting Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI), the Department of Social Services (DSS) posts on the North Carolina Interactive Purchasing System,

The postings of RFPs and RFIs will provide greater exposure to possible service providers.

  • Any service provider that is registered with the state system and has indicated an interest in the categories will be automatically sent an email of the posting.  In addition to this system, DSS notifies service providers of any contracting and bid opportunity.
  • This system is used along with all other traditional notification methods.
  • There are no Contracting & Bid Opportunities available at this time.
  • This list in no way guarantees that your company will be selected as a service provider.   (This could be a link either channel) – Service Provider Annual Training Requirements.   We will post each June.
