Real Estate, Personal Property and Vehicle Tax Bills can be paid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Credit/Debit Card Online or by Telephone. Please have the bill number ready when prompted.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa via internet and telephone. Debit cards that can be used without a Personal Identification Number (PIN) are also accepted. When calling or going Online, please have your Tax bill and credit/debit card available and follow the instructions as prompted. There is a convenience fee charged for this service by a third party provider. Mecklenburg County does not receive any portion of this fee. You will be informed of all charges and fees before you authorize payment. Currently, we are unable to accept credit cards for tax payments in our offices.
