Charette

Mecklenburg County is seeking to enhance the ability of residents and businesses to provide input into the Solid Waste planning process by drawing from the processes of 19th century French architect students in garnering consensus around shared visions for planning and development. Charrettes (Focus Groups) allow residents and businesses a fast-paced planning opportunity to express their interest in how our waste and commodities are managed, how our environment will be protected and our natural resources preserved, while seeking economic development and product stewardship.
