Fitness & Exercise Programs

Ray's Splash Planet offers a variety of fitness and exercise programs for adults of all interests, backgrounds and athletics.  Some fitness programs feature martial arts and self-defense instruction while other programs offer a variety of aerobics instruction, fitness instruction/personal training, dancing and yoga.

The Fitness Center, located on the second level provides a wonderful view overlooking the facility's indoor water park. The daily admission fee is $8 for a resident of Mecklenburg County.  Our fitness-only membership is $25/month, drafted from a bank account.  There are other memberships available as well as fitness and exercise programs.

Aerobics Studio and Fitness Programs
Our aerobics studio has a floating wood floor and a great view of the Charlotte skyline. Various programs (at varying times) are offered in our aerobics studio which include an overall body workout (Boot Camp), basic self-defense instruction, cardio kickboxing, belly dancing, personal training and more!  Programs are designed to accommodate a wide variety of age groups beginning at 5 years old. Program schedules are available upon request. Schedule a free fitness center orientation and see what we have to offer. Pilates, Kickboxing, Core and Circuit Training with Janis  

Fast paced exercise classes with vigorous toning moves to start you on your day. Trim and tighten your hips, thighs and buns, while also increasing your flexibility, strengthening and improving your core and balance.

The Burn
Athletic Conditioning Class
An intense, high energy cardio class using athletic moves and drills to produce an intense, full body workout that is great for weight loss, muscle building and overall toning.

Water Fitness: HYDROMANIA

HYDROMANIA = MOTIVATION

HYDROMANIA uses the power of water to maximize resistance and improve RANGE OF MOTION, while toning muscles. It’s to moderate high impact aerobics.    

 

  • Routines are modified for the novice and fortified for advanced participants
  • You cool down with relaxing, gentle stretches.

Senior Water Aerobics
(For Age Gifted Customers 55+)

Come join this FREE aquatic class designed especially for seniors. Enter our pool by using the easy sloping beach entry and enjoy gentle aerobic movements in our warm water. This is a low level, low-impact, water movement class. No swimming skills are required. Contact Pat Daly at 704-432-1141 for more information.
