Make Sure the Flu Ends with U
  • The FLU Ends with U. Learn more: www.flu.govGet the recommended seasonal flu vaccine.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it. If you don't have a tissue,cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
  • If you get sick with flu, stay home from work or school and limit contactwith others to keep from making them sick. Try to avoid close contactwith sick people.
  • Keep frequently touched common surfaces clean.
