The Expanded HIV Testing Program brings HIV/STD education, counseling, and testing to inmates at the Mecklenburg County Jail and to clients at C.W. Williams Community Health Centers. The program:

• provides HIV/STD educational materials
• offers free and confidential HIV/syphilis testing
• assists clients with risk reducation plans
• provides linkage to resources in the community.

Services Available

Free and confidential screening for HIV and syphilis, referrals to community resources for treatment and support.
