The Diversity Index is composed of three equally weighted categories that reflect the percentage of respondents expressing a favorable opinion of:
- Diverse Representation - Having diverse ethnic and racial representation in the community.
- Array of Cultural Activities - Having an array of diverse cultural activities in the community.
- Minority Business Representation - Having minority owned business well represented in the community.
