Purpose:

Mecklenburg County Rehab Code Specialists administer the NC Rehab Code through:

Consultation - preliminary review of projects
Plan Review - review plans using NC Rehab Code

Projects utilizing the NC Rehab Code may submit through either the OnSchedule Plan Review system or the CTAC Commercial Technical Assistance Center. 

Projects that are submitted through the OnSchedule Plan Review System designed with the NC Rehab code may request a preliminary review prior to plan review.  Preliminary Reviews allow the design professional and the plans examiners an opportunity to discuss code related issues prior to plan review.  To schedule a preliminary plan review, please complete a Preliminary Review application through our Electronic Plans Management system.

Once you are ready to schedule a project for plan review, please submit the OnSchedule application through our Electronic Plans Management system.
