Mecklenburg County Mechanical and Plumbing Interpretations. Interpretations are developed by the Consistency Teams only for those areas where the Code is unclear and guidance in not provided by DOI. The teams meet monthly (Mechanical = last Tuesday and Plumbing = last Wednesday). Submit your questions to your field inspector, Inspection Supervisor or the Code Enforcement Manager.
