Request for Proposal (RFP) Announcement
MeckLINK Behavioral Healthcare is requesting proposals from service providers for a Continuum of Integrated Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment (ICDT) for Child/Adolescent consumers with a primary substance abuse diagnosis and with co-occurring mental health diagnoses who are involved in Youth Treatment Court (YTC).

The primary intent of this RFP is to select and contract with a provider or providers for adolescents between the ages of 13 to 16 years of age. Funding will be by Unit Cost Reimbursement in (UCR). The selected provider or providers are not required to provide each of the services in the Continuum, but for services not provided directly. Providers must be a credentialed/contracted provider with MeckLINK Behavioral Healthcare. Qualified providers must demonstrate competencies in best practices and consumer outcomes, ensure health and safety for consumers and demonstrate ethical and responsible practices.

MeckLINK Behavioral Healthcare depends on its network of providers to offer quality services and to demonstrate accountability for the well-being of consumers that are served in the Mecklenburg Provider Network. Services will fall within state approved service definitions.
