Getting There Is Automated
Our automated telephone service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information on all transit services. Also Buster, a special service provided by CATS, is the first call you should make when we experience inclement weather.

Trip Planning
Visit the CATS trip planner to get directions for your next trip. If you are having difficulties using the planner, call 704-336-RIDE and talk with one of our customer service representatives who are available Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. to 10:00 p.m and 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Charlotte Transportation Center
If you are uptown or making a connection at the Charlotte Transportation Center visit the center's information booth, located at 310 East Trade Street, and speak with one of our customer service representatives.

- Calling 704-336-RIDE and choosing option "0" for a customer service representative.
- Visiting the Charlotte Transportation Center information booth.
- Emailing us at Tell Transit.
Our customer service representatives will attempt to answer your questions or concerns immediately. In some situations, further investigation is necessary. If that is the case, the customer service representative will get your information and share your comments with the appropriate CATS department. Our goal is to respond to you within three days or less.
