Subdivision Fees

All fees must be paid at the time of the initial plan submittal to the City of Charlotte's Land Development Office located on the first floor of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center at 600 East Fourth Street.

Payments are due within 3 days of the submission of a Subdivision application. If you are unable to send the fees within 3 days, please save your application and submit when you have the payment. 

Additional Fees
Additional fees may be assessed during the plan review process. The owner and design professional will receive notification via phone or email advising of any outstanding fees due prior to release of redlines or the approved plans.
