Neighborhood Matching Grants 2014 Geography Update:  Initial eligibility for the program is based on Median Household Income as determined by the Quality of Life study.  The 2010 Quality of Life Study established the Median Household Income threshold at $57,489, about 88% of the Area Median Income (AMI).  With the adoption of the 2012 Quality of Life Study, eligibility increased to 90% of AMI, or $61,650.  As a result, additional neighborhoods become eligible to apply for Neighborhood Matching Grant Funds.

The February 15, 2014 application deadline will be based on the new eligible geography.
