Subdivision Single Family City Engineering Hold Release Request (formerly known as Sidewalk Inspection Request)
For a "Subdivision Single Family City Engineering Hold" on a residential property, a city site inspector will inspect the home to ensure that the drainage plan is followed, and the required, sidewalk, and trees are properly installed. All work must be 100% complete prior to this request submittal!
Your inspector will make every effort to inspect as soon as possible, but please allow three (3) business days. At that time, the City Inspector will authorize staff to have the sidewalk hold(s) released. If a hold is not released within five (5) business days, then contact your inspector directly.

You may ONLY submit for one (1) subdivision and up to five (5) addresses per request. Address numbers and correct spelling are REQUIRED! Your request may be delayed if the street name is not spelled correctly, house/address number is missing, or the street type (i.e. Lane, Circle, Drive, Avenue, Boulevard, etc.) is incorrect. Enter ONLY one (1) address per blank.
