A 2006 Neighborhood Bond Project
In November 2006, voters approved $25,000,000 for neighborhood improvement projects including $2,300,000 for Revolution Park. This project area is bounded by West Boulevard, Beech Nut Road and Barringer Drive.

Phillips Avenue, Mayflower Road and Norma Street will receive new sidewalk, curb & gutter and resurfacing.

Mayflower Road will also include a waterline rehabilitation between Phillips Avenue and Norma Street.

Herndon Avenue will receive new sidewalk.

Please note this figure includes all costs associated with the project such as planning and design, acquiring the right of way, utility relocation, consultant fees, construction, signalization, permits and landscaping.
