A Neighborhood Improvement and Park Road Drainaige Project
In November 2006, voters approved $25,000,000 for neighborhood improvement projects including $5,000,000 for Colonial Village/Sedgefield. This project area is bounded by Ideal Way, Park Road, Scaleybark Road and Industry Road. The neighborhood will receive improvements, but not limited to curb and gutter, sidewalks with ADA wheel chair ramps, planting strips and storm water drainage.
Objectives:
- To improve the quality of life for the residents of the Colonial Village/Sedgefield neighborhoods
- To provide new sidewalks and planting strips for pedestrians to walk safely through their neighborhoods

Please note this figure includes all costs associated with the project such as planning and design, acquiring the right of way, utility relocation, consultant fees, construction, signalization, permits and landscaping.
