Help At Vanlandingham Estate

• Help people find parking
• Help people get on the right buses
• Help people check-in
• Help people with tours of the Estate
• Give out goodies
• Help with the raffle

To help at the Vanlandingham Estate you will need to be able to check-in at 4:15p, 4:30p, 4:45, or 8:30p depending on your assignment. 

Be a Restaurant Guide 

• Check out the restaurants before the event
• Meet the Owners/Managers and learn about them and their restaurants
• Help greet guests when they come to your restaurant 
• Coordinate with the Neighborhood Community Guides to make sure you are ready for the next seating

To be a Restaurant Guide it is best if you can drop by the restaurant at least once before the event and check the place out. Check-in time the day of the event will depend on your restaurants first seating.

Be  a Neighborhood Community Guide

• Help guests get on the bus
• Help guide the bus drivers to each restaurant
• Tell people about East Charlotte and the international community in Charlotte
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Guides to make sure your next restaurant is ready
• Remind people to save room for dessert!

To be a Neighborhood Community Guide you will need to be able to check-in at 5:15p.
