The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) presented an overview of the BLE light rail alignment and constructability review process and results on October 17, 2012. A copy of the Draft Constructability Review Report was available for review at the meeting and is posted below.
All the documentation used in the review and presentation can also be viewed above, except for the 65% Plan sets. Plan sets used in the constructability process were available for review from October 10, 2012 to November 16, 2012 at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center.
