When a road closure has been approved (see Section 3), the agency requesting the closure is required to notify the following agencies at least 1 week prior to the expected closure:

• 704-336-2441   Fire Dispatch 
• 704-943-6200   Medic Dispatch 
• 980-343-5080   School Transportation 
• 704-336-4042   Charlotte Transit 
• 704-336-4119   CDOT Public Service (Press Releases)

Each of the above agencies shall also be contacted upon the reopening of the roadway.
