Park It! agents are available on the street or at the Park It! office to answer questions or field comments regarding the program. The agents are trained using a combination of customer service, law enforcement, and on the job training methods and by Central Parking Corporation personnel. Each agent is assigned to a route which they circulate every 15 - 20 minutes.
The Park It! office is open to the public from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
