Cooperative Purchasing Contracts
North Carolina General Statue G.S. 143-129(e)(3) allows local governments to purchase from suppliers who are selected through a group purchasing program without competitively bidding. The following contracts are available and have been approved by City Council and/or Board of County Commissioners for city/countywide use:
