The Airport Governance Study Oversight Committee will meet tomorrow, Thursday, April 11 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 280, at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center.
The consultant conducting the study on Governance at Charlotte Douglas International Airport will provide a study update to the committee and review preliminary findings of Phase One of the study, released April 5. A public input meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in Room 267 at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center. The April 16 meeting gives interested citizens and stakeholders the opportunity to provide comments to the Oversight Committee. Public comments will be included in the final report. Persons wishing to speak at the public input meeting can sign-up in advance by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at (704) 336-2248. Meeting attendees can also sign-up to speak that evening.
For those unable to attend the public input meeting on April 16, a public input survey will be available on the Airport Governance Study web site, beginning Monday, April 15 at http://airportstudy.charlottenc.gov/
