maintains the City’s official accounting records, monitors budgets, prepares cost analysis for management and provides financial information to Key Business Units to assist them with managing their operations.
This area is responsible for preparing the City’s ‘Comprehensive Annual Financial Report’ (CAFR), specialized financial reports and federal, state and other mandated/ required reports. The City’s fiscal year is July 1 through June 30.
