Mark Wiebke is the Assistant Aviation Director of Facilities for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). In that capacity, Mr. Wiebke is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the airport’s facilities and grounds.
Mark has been employed at CLT for 25 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina. His aviation credits include being an Accredited Airport Executive, a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor. Prior to joining CLT, Mark worked for Duke Energy as design engineer. His aviation career has included the following positions:
- Assistant Aviation Director of Facilities
- Engineer and Construction Manager
- Airport Engineer
He holds a Masters of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
