Haley Gentry

Haley Gentry serves as the Special Assistant to the Aviation Director for Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of the Airport’s internal and external communications for the public, tenants, employees, media relations, and marketing. 

She is also responsible for oversight, planning, and execution of all Terminal Concessions including food and beverage and retail venues. This includes working closely with Airport Concessionaires in the strategic planning and development of existing and future concession concepts and identification of other future revenue sources. In addition, she oversees the in-terminal advertising program, customer service initiatives, tenant relations and special projects.

Ms. Gentry has been employed at CLT for 22 years, where her aviation career has included responsibilities in in the following areas:

  • Special Assistant to the Aviation Director
  • Public Affairs Manager
  • Public Information Specialist
  • Airport Operations
  • Airport Intern

Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University.
