Southern hospitality is what we deliver at Charlotte Douglas. With more than 100,000 visitors each day, we aim to please. Every six months, CLT conducts a passenger opinion survey. The results are used to determine how the Airport can better serve its customers. It’s resulted in free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal, added charging stations and increased currency exchange hours, just to name a few.
In May 2005, CLT’s Airport Volunteer Program launched. Today, the program has grown to more than 70 volunteers who aim to create a positive traveling experience for CLT passengers.
