This applies to media wishing to park in the circle along Fourth Street, not to media who wish to park in the deck.

•  All vehicles must have exterior markings that identify the media outlet; a card on the interior dashboard is not satisfactory.
• Vehicles must be parked only in the reserved/marked spaces in the circle closest to Fourth Street. 
• Our contract security enforces the parking ordinances.  If a vehicle is in the wrong place, without a placard, or does not have exterior vehicle identification it will receive a ticket after 15 minutes.
• Spaces along Fourth Street who are providing live feeds are given priority as opposed to print media.
