Charlotte, NC – City Solid Waste Services resumed garbage, recycling and bulky item collection services today. Crews are collecting garbage for Monday and Tuesday customers.  Recycling crews are currently providing service for Monday customers only.  Residents with bulky items scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of this week are also being collected today.

Yard waste collection will continue to be suspended help ensure garbage and recyclable collection for the entire City.

Residents are asked to place garbage, recyclable and bulky items curbside according to the regular schedule and leave them until they are collected. Progress will be monitored as we work to get back on schedule and service updates will be provided throughout in the week.
