The Charlotte Department of Transportation has reduced crews from the recent winter storm event.  The Street Maintenance Division (SMD) continues to be  available to respond to calls for icing, slick spots and potholes. 

Citizens should call or email 311 to report such giving the street name, block, lane and any other information that would help street crews locate the area. 

SMD crews worked around the clock from 5:00 p.m. Sunday  to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday treating and plowing the roads and streets.
