- NC 218 Pavement Rehab (Anson, Union, Mecklenburg) $17 million
- NC 73 Bridge (Stanley) $4.7 million
- SR 1542 expansion (Stanley) $5.6 million

Projects Identified by MUMPO:
- NC 73 Widening (Huntersville) $14 million
- Faith Church Rd./Unionville-Indian Trail Rd. Intersection Improvement (Indian Trail) $400,000
- ITS Expansion (Charlotte) $4 million: The ITS Expansion involves two major efforts. The first will provide 20 miles of fiber optic cable to enhance traffic signal communication as well as provide more than 50 traffic surveillance cameras. Most of the cameras will be located in northeast Charlotte on Harris Boulevard, N. Tryon St. and University City Boulevard, an area of Charlotte that has been lacking in camera coverage.
The second effort is to provide real-time video from the traffic surveillance cameras to our internal customers (other City Departments) and external customers (new media and citizens). This will be accomplished in large part by converting the analog video to digital.
- N. Trade/Matthews Mint Hill Rd. Intersection Improvement (Matthews) $550,000
- NC 16/NC 75 Intersection Improvement (Waxhaw) $550,000
- Concord Rd./East Rocky River Rd. Roundabout $600,000
