North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA)

This grant provides capital investment to a developer of low-income housing projects. NCHFA will distribute its allocation competitively to project owners following a qualified allocation plan to owners who receive low income tax credits.


These funds are only available to developers (for-profit or non-profit) of low income housing that have received a commitment of low income tax credits.
