The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires Mecklenburg County to submit a Three-Year Consolidated Plan and an Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

The Consolidated Plan prioritizes funding needs for community development programs that address economic, physical, and human development needs in Mecklenburg County.

Your participation in the development of the Consolidated Plan process will help ensure that the needs of Mecklenburg County's citizens are understood and that the allocations of federal resources are well utilized.
