Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation partners with the Charlotte Tennis Academy, Carolina Tennis Network, Upchurch Tennis and other local organizations to host over 15 tennis tournaments throughout the year. The 2013 CTA Challenge Ladder is currently open for registration! The Spring Season begins March 11th and will last 8 weeks. Playoffs will be held May 17-19, 2013. Please review the Challenge Ladder Flyer for more information.

Lake Norman Tennis Association (LNTA) – LNTA offers programming in Northern Mecklenburg County. Spring, Summer and Fall Leagues are offered at Jetton Park, Hornets Nest Park and Mallard Creek High School.

TENNIS COURT RESERVATIONS

Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation reserves tennis courts for the following uses; League Play, Tournaments, and Instruction. With the exception of tournaments and some play at Jeff Adams Tennis Center court reservations follow the 50% rule, leaving half of the courts open for public play, on a first come first serve basis. Tennis courts can not be reserved for one time users and non formal groups. For more information please contact Preston.Buckman@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov.
