System of Care (SOC) Coaching is a method of technical assistance designed to support enhanced service providers who facilitate Child and Family Teams (CFTs) for MeckCARES families.
An SOC coach functions as a member of the CFT and strives to improve Child and Family Teams and encourage the System of Care principles and the Wraparound Process. SOC coaches are assigned to teams for a maximum of six months and work together with team members to create strength-based person-centered plans.
