MeckLINK Behavioral Healthcare (Department of Mecklenburg County) is a Managed Care Organization that coordinates and monitors mental health, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services for persons with Medicaid or those without insurance. We oversee and authorize Medicaid and State funded payments for a closed network of community providers who offer a variety of services to meet an individuals needs promoting wellness and an independent, healthy life.
