Charlotte Future - We're Making Progress!

It's been six months since the LYNX Blue Line began service from uptown Charlotte to I-485, and the 25 associated infrastructure projects have been completed along the corridor.

Now, it's time for you to give us your feedback on the improvements made in the South Corridor.  Please take the time to complete our short survey. Your feedback will help these completed projects serve as a model for the future corridors.

The survey will be available until July 15, 2008. If you know someone that would like to give us feedback, but doesn't have access to a computer, call 704-432-5535 and the City will mail a survey to that individual's home or business.

The South Corridor Light Rail and Infrastructure Projects cover 9.6 miles and include the light rail construction along with more than 25 associated infrastructure projects including road, sidewalk and interseciton programs that have been completed to date. For information about how to ride, including costs, schedules and connecting bus routes, visit the LYNX website or call 704-336-RIDE.

The LYNX Blue Line and infrastructure improvement in the South Corridor  are the first of the five corridors to be built. Work in the other corridors is still in the planning stage. For more information visit CATS Rapid Transit Planning or continue to view this site.

For specific information on the LYNX Blue Line visit Riding LYNX.
