The NOVA office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Classes are held during business hours, in the evenings, and on Saturdays.

NOVA is a member of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Council of Charlotte-Mecklenburg, North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Statewide North Carolina Programs for Abusers Treatment (NCPAT).
