Candidates for admission must be court-ordered or referred by another agency or individual.   No volunteers.

Assessments (usually lasting 45 minutes) are conducted by case coordinators at the NOVA office in the Post Judgment Center, in the Mecklenburg County Courts Building 832 East 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 Room 4000. 

Candidates may call to schedule an appointment Monday through Friday.  Walk-ins are accepted depending upon availability.
