The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities Administration team includes roughly 23 employees who support our water, wastewater, engineering and other divisions and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Utilities.

To accomplish this, administration's responsibilities include eight specific areas:

Each year the Utilities Management Team - managers from operating and support divisions in the department - works with administration staff to develop a business plan that outlines targets and goals for Utilities during the coming year.
