H2O Help

  • To Request Water Service Turned On / Off or Account Transfer (if you have an existing water / sewer service) call # 311  (or 704-336-7600) and request a "water service move in / move out or transfer."  311 can assist from 7:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. seven days a week.
  • Pay Water Bill: Online or by Bank Draft
  • New Connections (if you are requesting the installation of a new water and/or sewer service)
