- 16-inch Water Pipe Along Albemarle Road - The project consists of approximately 4,600 linear feet of new 16 inch water pipe along and across Albemarle Road from Wilgrove-Mint Hill Road to Parkton Road, connecting to existing pipes at both ends. This project is needed to improve water flows and water pressure in the area east of I-485 along Albemarle Road.
