We're connecting Charlotte -- You can help. The Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) is creating an inventory of possible projects to be funded through a new Pedestrian and Bicycle Neighborhood Connectivity Program. This program was developed to provide funding for low-cost improvements that provide connections within and between neighborhoods. These are connections that will help improve access and safety for neighborhood residents, but that are not normally funded through the Bicycle and/or Sidewalk Construction Programs.
