In an effort to maximize efficiency and customer service, Solid Waste Services has also adjusted current collection routes in north, northeast and northwest Charlotte.  Some existing residents in these areas will have a new collection day.  Residents who will experience a service day change will receive a letter in the mail no later than June 10 indicating their new collection day.

Residents may also access the Address Information Center to find their collection day.
