SUBDIVISION PLAN SUBMITTALS GUIDELINES
ONE STOP PERMITTING CENTER
EFFECTIVE WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1^ST, 2008

All submittals for Subdivision approval, including Preliminary Plan, Final Plat and Sketch must be delivered to the Land Development Permitting Counter on the 14^th floor of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center.

The City of Charlotte's Subdivision/Permit Tracking System, Accela Citizen Access, is now available on the Internet.
