This plan provides an assessment of issues and opportunities within the Eastside project area for eleven specific corridors: Albemarle Road, Central Avenue, Eastway Drive, Harrisburg Road, Hickory Grove/Pence Road, Idlewild Road, Lawyers Road, Monroe Road, N. Sharon Amity Road, The Plaza/Plaza Road Extension, and W.T. Harris Boulevard.

The Eastside Strategy Plan was adopted by City Council in October, 2001.
