Charlotte, NC -- A Tai Chi  program starts with a free class on Wednesday, January 14, 2009,  6pm-7pm at Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation's Reedy Creek Nature Center, 2900 Rocky River Road.

Relax with yoga as you take in the sights and sounds of the nature preserve. Classes are taught each Wednesday by a certified yoga instructor. For the first month the fee is $20.  After that one, classes cost $40 a month (or $15 each).
