Charlotte, NC-- All military veterans including National Guard, Reserves and active duty and retired military personnel are invited to sign-up now to play in the 4th annual Veterans & Reservists Golf Classic at The Tradition Public Golf Course, 3800 Prosperity Church Road, on July 1, 2009. This event features a FREE round of golf and lunch for those qualified to play. Only 250 spots are reserved for this tournament, and they are going fast. So don't delay! Register now. Registration runs until June 12 or until all slots are filled.

This event is presented by Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department, in partnership with Mecklenburg County Community Support, Veterans Services Division to show appreciation to men and women who are serving or have served in the armed forces.
